See the works of textile artist Wendy Fowler

6th July – 14th July 2019

An exhibition by textile artist Wendy Fowler

For a year, Wendy has been weaving, drawing, painting and stitching at the Museum. Taking inspiration from the buildings, artefacts and countryside preserved by the Museum, her work is a unique interpretation of the collection.

Meet Wendy and see her exhibition in our High Wycombe Furniture Factory, from Saturday 6th July – Sunday 14th.

Wendy has worked as a potter for 30 years, selling her work at shows, exhibitions, art weeks, as well as teaching pottery to adults and children. In March last year, she took the decision to focus on her lifelong love of textiles, especially spinning, knitting and tapestry weaving. Working at the Chiltern Open Air Museum for the last year, Wendy is now delighted to share her new works with our visitors.

Standard admission prices apply. Free entry for Annual Pass holders.
