A few frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the Museum and visiting:
Do I need to book a place for events if I have an Annual Pass?
No, an Annual Pass allows you free entry to all of our events except for special fundraising events and this will be clearly marked on the Events page. (However, we do strongly recommend booking a place for the Halloween Spectacular and Enchanted Museum events: you won’t be charged, but numbers are limited.)
Can I purchase an Annual Pass on the day/in the Ticket Office?
Yes and if you purchase on the day of your visit we will even refund your ticket price (excludes tickets purchased through external sources).
How do I book a mobility scooter?
We have two mobility scooters available and strongly recommend that you pre-book one before you visit. To make a booking please call the office on 01494 871 117 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
