Terrific Tuesdays: Themed Family Crafts & Activities
Looking for fun things to do with the kids in Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire during the school holidays? Weโve got you covered!
Every Tuesday in the Bucks school holidays, we run special themed family activities that keep little ones entertained and spark big imaginations.
All the games, crafts, and hands-on fun are included in your admission โ no hidden extras. Kids can dive into creative themed crafts and take their masterpieces home at the end of the day.
Our wonderful storytellers will also be on hand, ready to whisk your family away to magical worlds with their enchanting tales.
Inspired Activities & Creative Crafts
Curated by the Museumโs Learning Team, Terrific Tuesday activities are inspired by a different theme each week. From the Victorians to Bushcraft, these themes are chosen to entertain and engage little ones, introducing them to a range of subjects in the inspiring setting of the Museumโs historic buildings and 45 acre grounds.
Hands On Clay
For anyone who loves getting a bit messy with clay, youโre in for a real treat! Every Terrific Tuesday the Dacorum and Chiltern Potters Guild will be running an amazing clay-making workshop where children (and grown-ups!) can mould, shape, and create their very own clay treasures.
