Unique wedding venue in Buckinghamshire

Unique wedding venue in Buckinghamshire

Our unique wedding venue

Chiltern Open Air Museum is set in 45 acres of beautiful woodland and countryside and is home to over 30 rescued historic buildings. A number of the Museum’s collection of historic buildings are available for wedding receptions on a dry hire basis. Five of the Museum’s buildings are now licensed for wedding ceremonies.

As far as we are aware, we are the only venue in England that has an Iron Age roundhouse, Victorian toll house and tin chapel licenced for a civil ceremony making our site very unique.

The Museum is welcoming to all wedding couples and is extremely flexible. We are happy to welcome traditional, non-traditional, same sex, pagan and historical wedding receptions.
