We’re asking all groups and individuals who are providing displays, activities or demonstrations at the Museum to fill in the form below.

The details you give us will be used by our Marketing team to accurately describe your activity and promote your involvement.

All details will be kept by the Museum in order to facilitate the event you are attending, keep a record of that event, and to organise potential future Museum events.
