Funding from The Finnis Scott Foundation for a New Toll House Fence

A small brick built toll house in the grounds of Chiltern Open Air Museum

‍We are delighted to have been awarded a grant of £2,834 from The Finnis Scott Foundation. This will allow us to create a new picket fence around our Toll House garden which will incorporate a wheelchair accessible gate. The fence will be created by COAM volunteers using traditional methods, under the supervision of our Farm Manager, allowing them to develop new skills. Visitors will be able to see the fence being created in our green woodworking area.

We are very grateful to The Finnis Scott Foundation for their support.
